Job Description

Looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Executive with a strong sales mindset and a proven track record in opening doors for IG’s full-service portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Spot new business opportunities and persistently work to open the doors for C8.

· Should have a good understanding of Game Development and Professional Services business offerings to be able to sell.

· Understand client needs, act as a consultative partner, and present tailored solutions using Ingenuity’s capabilities.

· Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that articulate our value proposition clearly and competitively.

· Strong sales mindset with love to socialize/network.

· Support overall brand building through strategic networking, regular travel, and participation in industry events.

· Frequent travel to/within (Europe/Asia).

· Good to have candidate with prior experience of working in Asia.

· Open to work from Home for long term




Requirements

· Around 7 years of experience in the gaming industry with a strong sales focus.

· Wide industry network and established relationships with key decision-makers across regions.

· Skilled in identifying influencers and decision-makers and nurturing long-term relationships.

· Adept at working with global teams and customers in Asia, Europe, and the US.

· Comfortable with remote working and engaging across time zones (India +5 hours ideal).

· Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills – both written and verbal.

· Ability to clearly position service offerings and differentiate them from competitors.

· Experience negotiating and closing large, fixed-price and T&M service contracts.

· Willingness to travel frequently and a natural inclination towards networking and socializing.

· Demonstrated history of working in Asia and managing multi-region client engagements.

· Understanding of the services model (not product sales).
